A Mission of Excellence
Starting on August 1, 2023, the Italian Air Force swiftly reached Full Operational Capability (FOC), ensuring round-the-clock security in the Baltic skies. The success of this mission owes much to the collaborative efforts of fighter pilots, technical maintenance personnel, and the broader support staff involved in diverse roles, from supplies to logistics, ensuring a seamless operation.

Unwavering Commitment and Expertise
The Italian Air Force's commitment to NATO's mission remained steadfast amid evolving geopolitical dynamics. Increased Quick Reaction Alert (QRA) activations, reflecting the delicate situation, did not waver their resolve to counter potential threats and uphold NATO's collective security.
